Email notification from windchill using office 365

Hello,

Is it possible to configure email notification sent from Windchill to email accounts of Office 365, inside our organization? I have been told that it is not possible, but I can believe it.

Yes it is, and there is an article for this.

Search on the kb, and you'll find what you search.

There is a small thing to be aware of, the permission to send on behalf on someone else or set Windchill to send email always with the same.

    It is possible and it works: CS288408

     

    As I early wrote, make sure the account you're using is able to send "on behalf", otherwise configure Windchill to send notification from the same email address as described in CS10334
