Email notifications body is empty on workflows

I had few variables, which were set to visible on an activity, and not visible on the other one. That caused a null value, which in-turn wiped out the entire 'body' of the html/email.

Are using a notify by email robot ?

No, I am using the 'Send Notification' checkbox in activity.

Hi @RG_10753677 

It seams that email is checked by some software and adds the bottom description ... "The information transmitied by".... 

I would say that the sw riped out the body for security reason. 

 

If Iam right you need  to contact your IT to solve the issue.
