Get Assigned User Signature through Desktop Integration

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.0.1

On Desktop Integration, we are trying to pull the electronic signature of the user. we are currently able to fetch the signature and process the signature but unable to add it to word.

What is the action setup for the DTI client to get the image (jpeg or png) assign signature.
