How to change problem report notification text ?

Hello,

I need to change Problem Report Notification text as you see below printscreen ? Where is the location of related xml or java etc file ?

The files you're looking for may be here. %Windchill%\codebase\templates\PolicyNotification

Now specifically for the Problem Report I don't know which file, try a few on a test server.

Note: I've only played with the subscription notifications. And only to remove the time stamp since it would only display in GMT (simply commented it out).
