how to connect Windchill from JNDI adapter to a secure enterprise LDAP ?

When started, methodserver make a error like LDAP error 32 no such object, it seems to be a problem if certificat, i use the document CS29454 from PTC website but always a error.

I m sure the bind user and password to commicate with LDAPS are good (verify with apacheStudio software).
