How to create a new Task in "My Tasks" grid and set it´s status to open, by clicking an already created button. (programmatically)

Greetings,
I created a button in the "folder actions" sub menu. By clicking the button a user should have an open task in his task grid.

What are the files to configure or to create and where are thy stored in Windchill?
