How to customize WTPart structure tab page in windchill ?

In Structure Tab can not find uses tab. This happen only in case of Part Configuration.

So how to add uses tab under Structure tab.

A Product Configuration is created to determine which versions of items to use in a Product Instance.  It is not meant for activities beyond this purpose and does not support editing of the BOM.
