How to get a view of wtpart

I have to set state of some wtpart to released of a particular view. currently have 2 views but while getting the latest version of a wtpart, it will retrieve the part of a particular view,

for Example. xxxxxx have Design and Technological view and I want to change state of design view to released (remember both views have same version and iteration).

but it always give me Technogical view as latest. Thus unable to change state of Design view. please help

You must be able to use the history tab to access the specific Information page of the view you need. You should see different version scheme something like this:
