How to get Part , partmaster, view and controlbranch relationship between all these relatationship

• user will create the part as Engineering View and go to detail page then click on “CheckOut and Edit action.
• Here wizard pop , user will select the plants specific selections , plant code and click checkIn
• now another Part (Manufacturing) part is created 
• Bother are showing in Version History 
• A.1(Engineering)
• A.B.1(Manufacturing)
• we are using the older Multi level Version schema and now we are planning to update to Single Level Version
• how to get my older associated given manufacturing to Engineer view?.
• I can use simple QuerySpec and any other Links available to get ?

Currently my windchill system is Multi Level Version schema and now planning to move to Single Level Version in WC_13.1
