How to open Info Engine when Windchill is not starting?

Hello guys, I really hope all you are doing great.

Do you know how to open Info Engine when Windchill is not starting? I was setting a connection with Active Directory and  when I finish all the normal configuration I restart the server to verify my work as the process requiere but Windchill never restart again, so I check my data and later I realize that the JNDI connector was wrong.

So how can I change the JNDI connector if you access it using the Info Engine who is access using Windchill who is nos starting.

    You could modify in WindchillDS directly. If needs, can have a case to get help.

    @Cliff_17466 Thanks for your advice.

    I was trying to configure Active Directory and some info was wrong for this reason when I tried to start Windchill it could not open. 

    I fix it editing the files that have info about the AD connector manually, doing so, Windchill start again and I was possible to set the connector correctly.
