How to remove scrollbar in a multiline string attribute in Windchill?

You can set the size of the input frame

So set a number of lines and the scrollbar disappears. But if the number of rows is overcome, then the scrollbar will appear again. PS: there is no mechanism to avoid this behavior. 

If you need it in some ootb Wizard, check a layout settings in Type and attribute management.

Go to the layouts find your attribute in a grid and click on it. 

Select a pencil and new window shows others options to set a size of the input string frame
