How to Restrict participant selection on the select participants page while creating promotion request?

Hello All,

Our requirement is to restrict the participant selection on the Select Participants page in promotion request so that:

  • The Reviewer column only allows members of the Reviewer role.
  • The Reviewer_2 column only allows members of the Reviewer_2 role.
  • The Approver column only allows members of the Approver role.

Currently, the participant list is showing all available roles in context team instead of restricting the selection to the members of the corresponding role.

    Hi Tom,

     

    Thanks for sharing the Articles. I followed article CS230781.

    I am able to achieve this (“Promotion participant list.png”). but there are no users under the roles to select (See attached snap “Team member.png”).

    However, there are users under these roles in the context team. but those users are not visible here while creating PR.

    please suggest.

    Hi Tom,

     

    I got the expected result. see sttached snap “Participants autoselected.png” the only concern is the members under the roles are by default selected. there shoud be a checker box to select the users so that the tasks should trigger to that user only. is there any way to achieve that?
