How to show relationship between affected objects and resulting objects in Change Notice?

I have 2 parts in the affected objects table. They are both being replaced (superseded)  by 2 different parts in the resulting objects table. Is there a way for someone looking at this change notice to know which resulting object is superseding which affected object?

 

We could write this in the comment section, but that is very time consuming.

The only thing that comes to mind  is "replaced by XXX" in the comments to me, as well.

We have an IBA, called "Previous Material Code", that we use in the new object to know which object it replaced.

If you have a similar attribute you can then modify resulting objects table and showing it.
