HTML formatting for Data Monitor

Data Monitor are run on saved Query builder reports.

OOTB it give option the format to be generated for email, such as xml, HTML, csv, etc.

These formats are similar to query builder reports, simple rows and columns.

Is there a way the generated HTML can be customized to suit your format/layout.

Any references would be appriciated.
