Implementing attribute inter dependency like country, state and city without customization

Hi Guys,

I am using Windchill 10.2 and want to implement attribute inter dependency functionality like on selecting country value relevant states should auto populate. Can it be possible through configuration in Windchill 10.2? It can be done using datautility and ajax in Windchill 10.1. Please share the sample code if any.
