Implementing JS hook to download WTPart, WTDocument Content and attachments

In my project there is a requirement to download secondary/primary content and attachments. I looked for endpoint to do this in WRS page and I cannot find anything. I searched in this platform and found some suggested java scripts to do this. I however currently have no idea how to implement it in windchill. 

I will be thankful for the guidance for this customization if someone already did it or have any idea.
