• Have you seen the "Instantiable" property included in exports before, or is this a new requirement?
• Have you checked if the "Instantiable" property is marked as exportable or visible in the classification definition?

If you are not seeing that or if its not being imported in, I recommend submitting an idea for enhancement to PTC. I get that this might be a PITA when syncing structures but should be easy enough to manually walk the tree and have match up.
