Is there API for giving adhoc access to an object? (UI action is "Edit Access Control"

Hi all,

We have a requirement to give access to baselines of a Part to project. The parts will be shared to Project, but we need to share the Baselines so that supplier can adhere to the baseline that specifies specific verisons of Part Reference documents.

We know that Baselines object  access can be given manually to any user(including supplier who access by projectlink), as the part is shared.

Looking for the API for giving adhoc access in WIndchill 11.0
