Modify CR team in Product but not Library?

Little help with this please.

Anyone know why a given Role (in this case Change Administrator) is able to modify the CR team in all the Product containers except one and not any Library?

I have all my access Policy controls set at Org level including Team object (Ready, Modify).

The Actions per role on the team page are also the same for each location?

Did you compare the ACLs? perhaps you can run a report on contexts and compare it. There are a bunch of reports already available in resource for reporting page.

 By the way, is this the same issue you posted in https://community.ptc.com/t5/Windchill-Questions/Copy-and-Paste-users-into-CR-Team ?
