Need assistance with filtering by AlternatePart ID in Windchill API call

I want to filter by the ID of AlternatePart in this API call: /windchill/servlet/odata/ProdMgmt/Parts('OR:wt.part.WTPart:28728284')?$expand=Alternates($expand=AlternatePart), but I have not been successful using commands like ?filter. Can you help me on how to filter based on the ID of AlternatePart in this context?
