Open classification explorer from a link in a banner.

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.2.18

I created a banner that has hyperlinks in it. One link needs to open the classification explorer. Is there a way to add a link so that it opens when clicked?

    I don't follow you : when you open  the classif manager you got the link :

    bit used need to be added to classification adimin group

    I accepted this I guess without looking at it too closely.  You showed the classification manager.  There is no link for the classification explorer.  I can't hover over it to produce a link or right click it to get a link.
