OWNER权限配置
I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.0.1
配置虚拟角色“所有者（owner）”的权限，配置完成后无法生效。
（具体配置的权限是对象所有者可删除自己创建的对象权限）
