PDF with Chinese characters in Windchill

When a PDF containing Chinese characters is uploaded to PDF, the Chinese characters cannot be displayed correctly.

 

Chinese font has been put in Windchill server.

 

Could PTC tech experts help?  Thanks.

Dear Sir,

 

Thanks for your reply.

It's not really relevant to CSV in our case.  When we upload a PDF which has Chinese content, it shows in Windchill a square for each letter.

So you see a line of squares...

 

Very strange...
