Provide functionality to lock the column widths in the workspace table display.

Currently the column width resets each time to its default width. It would be a great advantage that the column widths could be dragged to a wished width and that it stays that way afterwards.

Or a default width could be adjustable per attribute column (accessable for the admins only?).
