I agree with @Catalina , you need to spec out exactly how this should work.

For example,

given a WTPart version I want to remove it from all the change objects you mentioned.

Or

given a change object I want to remove all WTParts from that object

Or

I want to remove all WTParts database wide from all change objects.

Your post is quit ambiguous. You really need to spec out EXACTLY what you are doing in a use case and a description of EXACTLY he the code works starting with input arguments.
