Rollback error while check-in

Hi, We have done some lifecycle changes in windchill. Those objects which were checked out before lifecycle changes, couldn't be check-in. When trying to check in the rollback failure happens.(Attached the MS log extract).

New objects can be checked-in without failure.

We suggested users to do below steps to get back their data.

Suggestion to users:

If the changes are small, users can 'Undo checkout', and re-create the changes.

If the changes are huge, please follow the below steps.

1. Take backup of your cache folder (From C:\Users\<UserID>\Creo\.creo\.cache2008\Production)
2. Using the 'WC cache recovery tool', retrieve those objects from cache folders.
3. In the workspace, Undo Checkout of those objects
4. Check out those objects in the same window.
5. Open the objects in Creo, and use the data from retrieval objects to override the changes.
6. Save & Check-in
