Security Labels WRS

Use Case: Creating and reading a part with a particular security label value.
Description:
Security Labels come out of our WRS get calls as the Display Value, but they are required to be set via the internal db value. This behaves functionally like the EnumType value in WRS. Could this be enhanced to support this type so both values can be read from the API so it is more readily available to read back in.
