Sending e-mail process in the project plan

I want to send e-mail in the project plan.
How can I send an e-mail to the user and the administrator every time a task is closed?

Emails are sent only in automatic execution and only for a started task

If you need to inform someone after the task is completed then the windchill does not provide that option.

You can create a plan task that starts after the completed one and it can inform others.

Another option is to create custom listener that controls what task is completed and send emails based on your logic.
