The CAD Publishing rule wat we have defined is not working in the UAT instance

• Are both the UAT and lower instances using the exact same publishing rule configuration?
• Is the CAD worker properly configured and running in the UAT cluster?
• Are there any differences in file vaulting, replication, or queue management between the two instances?
