• What specific API call are you making, and what response differences are you seeing between tomcat1 and tomcat2?

• Are both servers running the same Windchill version, CPS level, and customizations/configuration?

• Does the issue occur consistently for every request, and are there any related errors in the Method Server or Tomcat logs?
