Unable to Move Attribute values from soft type to Hard Type

Hello All,

I have tried using Attribute Move Utility tool to move my IBA values (Boolean) to a Hard-Type (Phantom Part) and ended up with an exception -com.ptc.core.lwc.server.TypeAttributeMoveTool - Target attribute is a "com.ptc.core.lwc.server.LWCHardAttDefinition". This tool only supports moves for LWCIBAAttDefinition or LWCFlexAttDefinition!

I am Trying to figure out alternate way to make this happen.
