update site URL

Experts:

 

After converting a replica site to SSL to match the master site, and updating the replica URL in Site Administration from http to https, is there a way to update the URL that the master is using without completely restarting Windchill?

After doing some more digging in the KB, I conclude that a Windchill restart for the master is required, and the Tomcat and Info*Engine cache should be cleared also.
