Wincom Extension Development

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 13.1 and Datecode with CPS 13.1.3.4 I am looking to better understand how as a partner we can develop a custom Wincom Extension for a specific customer with an on-prem deployment using the EDK and any licensing that applies. Current PTC FAQs direct questions to edk@wincom-plm.com however after the acquisition of Wincom I am not sure whom to contact for more information.
