Windchill 12.0: export to pdf

What are the steps to export the info from Change Notice:process status shown below to a pdf  file ?

I need to create a list of roles,user name, vote, completed date, comments.

Each query builder result table contains action where you can export the results.

Without customization, query builder? The table you are referring to does not have an export action in the toolbar. So it would require customization to add one.

I tried the Query builder but could not find a way to export. Do you know of any outside services that create custom windchill reports ?
