Workflow Issue - section won't run on subsequent loops

I'm having trouble with a workflow where a certain section runs the first time through but won't run on subsequent runs.  I've tried setting 'Rework' link as loop link but it's not making any difference.  How do I get the two 'Start' links (in the red box) to fire every time time the 'Design Check' activity is (re-)executed?  Thanks.

Hi Tom,

 

I would have tried to set "As Loop" the link that ends on your "Design check" activity (the one starting from "Send to Checking").
Otherwise, you underline the 2 links. Does that mean only one behaves as you want ?

If so, cannot you put the expression just before the Timer ?

Wouldn't it be easier to insert an Or Expression as a placeholder in between so that you "start" the or Expression and route into these two directions afterwards.

I don't think there's any functional difference.  I started testing again last night and I think the link is being triggered but the timer is not restarting.  Hopefully know more today...
