Workspace Frame Stack Size & Performance?

1. Has anyone increased the number of WS frames and then had performance issues that could be tied to the increased number of Frames being saved/cached?  
2. What is the max number of WS frames that you have set it to without noticing any problems?

Although the default currently is 40 (WC11), I have had mine set to 100 ever since we started using them (probably around WC 9.1).  I don't think any problems I have had are tied to it, but hard to be certain.  I want to change it for everyone.

I also read in an old thread that, unfortunately, it is not 40 frames per WS but 40 per user.  So even 100 seems low in that context.  The good news is that the help file says that only frames go toward that subtotal and not all events in the WS event manager.
