XPLM Integration with Windchill 11.1; Mapping Integrate2 Client to Windchill Document Types
Looking to implement the XPLM Integrate2 Client software that integrates Altium Designer to Windchill. We have implementation in our Test environment that partially works when creating Windchill objects from Altium/XPLM.
XPLM is able to successfully create the WTPart in Windchill with auto-number generator for the PCB Part with no problem but fails to create the Schematic and the Project documents with an error stating that the auto-number generator failed with the following error which, of course, should be correctable by updating the OIR :
"PlmError: Unable to generate next number for CAD document. Please check number generator configuration in Windchill"
Problem is, we do not know which Windchill Type and OIR is being referenced/called by the XPLM Integrate2 Client.
Does anyone else have experience with this?
I am trying to work with XPLM Support but so far I have not been impressed. We're going to try enabling every DEBUG logger we can on the Windchill side to try to get more helpful error logging that might actually identify which Windchiil Type is being referenced for the Schematic and Project documents from the XPLM side.
