Adding Windchill attribute to PTC Navigate View document app

Hello,

Can anyone guide me with the steps to include Windchill attributes (IBAs) to the results being displayed in View Document app search results?

I had created the the attribute in the Field Definitions in PTC.Resource.PLM.PartDataShape

Also included the same in Example1DocumentAccessAppDataShape which is being used by the View Document app

But when i try to Configure Widget in DocumentAccessAppMashup, i don't see this Windchill attribute coming in

Can someone help me on this?

    Probably a dumb question, but did you try refreshing the mashup or remove the data source for the grid and re-adding it so you could see if it added the field that you added to the datashape? Sometimes there are issues where things just aren't in sync
