Document from Windchill is not visible in Navigate

Hello Everyone,

 

I have setup PTC Navigate, However I am unable to see the document from Windchill and getting the attached as an ouptut.

Hi John,

What version of Navigate are you on? This looks like a known issue with Navigate. If this article doesnt work or you need additional help, it would need Support Services to investigate. A case can be logged with TS here.
