Installation problem with SSL

Good afternoon,

I have a question about the ThingWorx server installation with SSL. If I choose wthout SSL option(only http)

it works, but with SSL, in the end of the installation, I get a error:"A Problem occurred during installation that may cause an unsuccessful installation foundation installation failed" I tried to configure the JAVA_HOME environment variable and to open the 8443 but unsuccessful.

Any ideas?

Hi @charlo.

 

It's possible there is an issue with your SSL certificate.  Here is an article that may help. The Apache Tomcat site on SSL configuration may also be helpful.
