Navigate - CallBuildRuntimeConfiguration

I am trying to run the below service, and it started failing suddenly.

This is the error I see in the Logs:

Thingworx and Navigate: 9.6.0

Hello,

This was a Cache issue; even the mashups were not loading in the composer.

Delete the Temp Files(clearing the work and temp folder in Tomcat) and restart the Thingworx to fix this issue.
