Question

navigate grid utility services authorization error

I am using Windchill Navigate (formerly ThingWorx Navigate) Release 9.2 and Datecode with CPS F000 I am configuring navigate landing page to non admin user group to allow access to , I have added the user group th navigate view named group and provided necessary permissions everything looks good , acceot the advancedgridUtilityThing is not running despite having the permissions. Here are the errors that I faced Not authorized for Read - in Thingworx/Things/AdvancedGridUtilitiesThing/Services/GetConfigurationJson?Accept=application%2Fjson-compressed&_twsr=1&Content-Type=application%2Fjson
