How i can make a widget like the image. A radial progress circle? Thanks

This is too complicated for a simple question and answer in the community.  However, here is a link to the Developer's portal that can give you an idea of how to start.

 

You can also engage with one of our consultants for assisting in a project like this.  You will need to reach out to the Sales team for making the arrangements.
