SaaS or PaaS?

Hi everybody,

I am working on my final work to obtain my degree and I need information about differents kind of iiot Platform. My question is: 

Thingwork is a TWX-aas - as I have read - because it let us program application (PaaS) and another hand it has application deploy on the platform, no?

ThingWorx is supported in PaaS as well as in SaaS model.
