sslClientAuth is failing for Thingworx Navigate

Hello,

 

Lately the Certs were changed for the Windchill, then on, sslClientAuth is failing for the Thingworx Navigate, but the Fixed Authentication is working..

 

This is how it is configured now for the sslAuth

Thingworx Version: 9.2.1-b112

    Hi,

     

    This issue is solved due to the CERTS issue. Once the CERTS is replaced, this issue will be fixed.

    Did you add your new ssl Certificates into the Thingworx keystore/truststores and Tomcat Truststore?

    Typically

    • ThingWorxKeyStore.jks
    • ThingWorxTrustStore.jks
    • TomcatKeystore.jks

    Which would have been configured on initial installation of Thingworx.
