Thingworx 8.5 editing out of the box View Document App mashups

We have an requirement to add Viewables for Documents attachments. And add the list view for the Search page.

Has anyone tried to modify the OOTB mashup? They used to be editable now they are read only. I tried editing the extension properties however no luck so far.

Hi,

 

You can't edit OOTB Navigate mashup but you can duplicate (icon) them. After that they are editable and you can modify them. You will have to create new App referring to this duplicate mashup on landing page.

I am also looking for a list view in search results or a wider tile that shows a longer description. I did manage to Duplicate the results tile, but I am lot clear on the process to use it in a custom app on the landing page. Could you guide me a little more.

Hi,

 

After duplicating mashup and having done changes in mashup with info expected you can add duplicate mashup in landing page :

If your question is more how to customize the mashup itself it's more complicated.

Please open a case with what you want to achieve.
