Hello,

We have following platform configured in the Production Environment.

Platform 1 - We have Thingworx Navigate apps configured using Windchill Auth ( ptc-identity-provider-authenticator). 

Platform 2 We have another 25000 users platform configured using Active Directory Configuration. We are able to automate user provisioning here.

 

We have an issue with Platform #1 where we need to assign users manually to various twx apps group on this platform. 

 

Is there a way we can leverage platform #2 configuration for platform #1?

Hi Preeti,

 

Can you please report the issue with Technical Support team as well. We will need to investigate the issue with Platform #1. We will review the logs to identify why its not working as expected and review it with R&D team.
