Using Navigate, can I search a particular word or phrase inside a PDF stored in Windchill PLM.
Can I utilize the advance search capabilities of Windchill within Navigate, e.g. listing the search results from Windchill in the Navigate window?

You just need to create a global saved search in Windchill with dummy keyword.
And use it in "Edit Collection" of Navigate.
This way the search keyword of Navigate will be used as search keyword in Windchill and returns appropriate results.
