UPDATE: Important Changes impacting Ping Federate & Single Sign On

For anyone who is using a PTC Products with Ping Federate 8.4.1 for Single Sign On (SSO). Only implementations using SSO with Ping Federate 8.4.1 are potentially impacted.  Below is a brief description of each issue along with links to additional information. 

1. Browser incompatibility for customers using Chrome 80 with Ping Federate version 8.4.1 for Single Sign On for PTC Products
2. License update required for customers who downloaded Ping Federate from the PTC site to use with PTC Products
3. Customers operating in a cross-domain environment may need to take additional steps
