Hi,

When clicking "Report a Problem," a popup window displays "Something went wrong. The task you are trying to reach is not available at the moment. Please get in touch with your administrator."

Hello,

 

Indeed article is not applicable in this use case.

In order to investigate your issue further, could you please provide ..\ThingworxStorage\logs and ThingworxNavigate\IRLogs folders zipped ?
